LIFT x RIDE (BEATS)

Our Signature LIFT x RIDE (BEATS) class is built with a foundation of 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, and 30 minutes of Indoor Cycling. Each class is set to the beat, has its own focus and intention, and is expertly led by our team of A-list instructors. Learn more.

LIFT x RIDE (HIIT)

Master Teacher Lacey Stone’s hybrid LIFT x RIDE (HIIT) combines 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training, followed by 20 minutes of athletic cycling in a 45 minute total body class. Find your inner STONE TONE as coached by Hollywood A-list trainer Lacey Stone.

A 45 minute full out rhythm-based, Indoor Cycling class. Our signature ride zeroes in on form and resistance to really maximize your burn with a non stop dance party on the bike. Dig in, sweat it out, and break through to the other side.

RIDE (HIIT)

A break free from the rhythm in our new performance-driven class. Follow up monumental climbs, perform record-breaking sprints, and laugh out loud along the way. This 45-minute cardio party will push you to BREAKTHROUGH the way only THE WALL can. Get ready to turn it up and get to work.

Restorative Classes

STR3TCH

STR3TCH is a recovery class blending the three pillars of self care. Guided stretching, breath work, and mindfulness are combined in our restorative practice. Each stretch is held for a minimum of 60 seconds on each side, with a focus on different body groups and areas.
