Overcoming obstacles and improving one’s mindset has been Emily’s signature approach. Determined not to allow wearing a back brace for scoliosis deter her, she was soon able to hurdle over this challenge by excelling in track and field. She is a passionate, life-long fitness guru, and a USC alumna with a major in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. Her energy and positive outlook on life is contagious. Emily’s class strengthens your mindset and gets you in your zone. She inspires others both mentally and physically. She focuses on performance and trains her students to do whatever it takes to reach their breakthrough moments and overcome their wall!
