WHAT TO EXPECT

No walls? No breakthroughs. At THE WALL, we believe you have to go to the limits before you can push yourself past its boundaries. Understanding people have different limits, we have carefully engineered our workouts for easy adaptation to any fitness level. Regardless of your fitness background, we promise to push you from what’s holding you back.

At THE WALL, you will not find technology used as means of competition, nor will you find segregated workout stations. Instead, we use our performance data to help you track your progress and have constructed all our class types rhythmically so that everyone moves in unison with the goal of  promoting mindfulness, cohesion and importantly, results.

While we believe strongly in the effectiveness of our signature 123 STACK, we also offer classes for exercise purists. Check out Our Classes for current offerings.

OUR SIGNATURE CLASS

Our Signature 123 STACK class is built with a foundation of 10 minutes of core activation, 20 minutes of high intensity circuit training, and 30 minutes of indoor cycling. We believe 123 STACK is the most effective workout… but don’t just take our word for it. According to a recent study by the University of Tokyo, hybrid workouts wherein cardio follows resistance training (rather than before or simultaneously) has been scientifically proven to be the most effective form of exercise by improving both energy efficiency and accelerating fat loss.

Each class has its own focus and intention, expertly led by our team of high-quality instructors, each of them dedicated to maximizing your experience. Mindful awareness is the backbone to our curriculum as we believe in improving both mind and body. In addition to the 123 STACK, we also offer different class types which you may read about under Our Classes.

STACK 1
10-Minute Core Activation

1Without adequate core strength, the body is unable to support the demands of high-intensity training. This stack builds core strength with a unique “no-situps” approach that is more effective than traditional techniques, and ensures a stable foundation for the rest of your workout.

STACK 2
20-Minute High-Intensity Circuit Training

2This is not simply HIIT. Our circuit training is about full body exercises moving together in unison, while utilizing moderate to heavy free weights and bodyweight. If your goal is to burn fat and promote lean muscle, strength training before cardio is essential in achieving lasting results.

30-Minute Cardio Spin

3Increasing your metabolic rate allows your body to perform optimally. The interval training provided by indoor cycling does just that. Our rides provide a high-energy rhythmic workout, combined with visual and audio stimulation to create an experience unlike any other.
