THE WALL is a hybrid workout that stacks rhythm-based Hight Intensity Circuit Training and Indoor Cycling into a comprehensive, full body workout. As the most important ambassadors, our instructors guide challenge clients through these workouts, pushing them to confront and break through their boundaries – whether physical, professional or personal. If you feel you can use your magnetism and personality to help clients break down their walls, we would love to meet you.
