January 21st – “Can’t choose between high intensity circuit training and spinning? At the Wall, a new boutique Los Angeles pop-up fitness studio, you don’t have to.

Celebrity trainer Jason Wimberly, who usually charges $200 an hour for personal training and has worked with Selma Blair and Jane Lynch, set up the 1,000-square-foot space right before Christmas while his West Hollywood permanent studio is under construction.

Designed for all fitness levels and limited to 10 participants at a time, a 60-minute 123 Stack class begins with 10 minutes of work on the core (with no sit-ups), followed by 20 minutes of high-intensity circuit training, then a half-hour of indoor cycling (shoes can be borrowed at no cost on-site)”
