Bernard Colburn is an avid, lifelong fitness fanatic. After running track and field in his youth Bernard turned to weight lifting as a way to build up his body and he turned to indoor cycling as a less impactful form of cardio that would allow him to maintain his physique. A NASM certified personal trainer, Bernard has been training private clients for the past six years and has been working as a group fitness instructor for the past three.

He believes that fitness is more than physical, that fitness has the power to transform one’s body, mind, and spirit, eliminate self-limiting beliefs and enable anyone to achieve anything that they truly believe is possible.
